At the back of the RV, the twins have their own bedroom with "makeshift" bunk beds.

Garcia also built a 1,500 square foot common building so all the friends can gather for group meals and get-togethers. We really can’t think of a better retirement plan than surrounding yourself with gorgeous views and great people. It is based on a double axle, 20-foot -long trailer that offers a total 160-square-foot floor space.
